The Program

The technique is not the meditation: we often get lost in the instruction and want to get it right . . . but what we seek in meditation is not technique but tranquillity.

Quieting the mind: almost always taught as a necessary first step but often sets us up for failure and an obstacle to meditation when we find we can’t do it straight away.

Living the meditation lifestyle: Bringing the fruits of our meditation into everyday life has to be the most important thing to learn — “living the life”, as they say. And meditation combined with good diet and regular exercise can make life almost perfect!
